This is the one people ask about.
BOLLE Sparkling Rosé is made through our patent-pending twice-fermented winemaking process, the same technique that gives traditional sparkling wine its character. Unlike most non-alcoholic rosé wines that rely on grape juice, added flavours, and artificial carbonation, BOLLE starts with real wine and ferments it twice. The result is a non-alcoholic sparkling rosé with natural bubbles, genuine complexity, and just 2.8g of naturally occurring sugar. No additives, nothing artificial, just real wine without the alcohol.
If you're looking for the best non-alcoholic sparkling rosé, a dry alcohol-free rosé wine, or simply a sparkling rosé you can drink any night of the week, this is it.

"This is the best non alcoholic sparkling I have found. Surprising complexity, not too sweet. A really special wine."
Previously tried: Edenvale, Nozecco, Wednesday's Domain and various others
"I'm having to give up alcohol for health reasons and have been looking for a non-alcoholic wine. I was very sceptical but even though there is no alcohol in Bolle wines I am happy to make the swap. I like the whole ceremony of drinking - a lovely glass, opening the bottle, choosing the wine, sipping it at the end of the day........ I shall carry on drinking Bolle wines."

"Recommended to try this wine and very please I did"
"Great Non Alcoholic wine and although the best I have tasted it’s a bit pricey."
Previously tried: Kylie and naughtier. Others but didn’t rate them.
"Honestly, the Bölle Sparkling Rosé is a genuine delight for me. I often want the enjoyment of the taste and feel of a sparkling wine mid week after a stressful day, but never want the alcohol. At last! I can have exactly that in Bölle's delicious vino. The experience is superior to many alcoholic wines with that fabulous bonus of health and calorie benefits. Thank you Bölle!"

"I’ve tried alot of NA wine. It typically tastes like cranberry juice or is overly sweet. This tastes just like the real thing. I still drink alcoholic wine occasionally and it compares wonderfully."

"I have bought this a couple of times for occasions and it really is incredibly good. I am so impressed with it. It does not feel like any kind if compromise at all. A grown experience rather than a run if the mill soft drink. I am a convert!"
"Recommended by a friend - had at a friend’s birthday as I was driving. A really light flavoursome drink 🙂"
"By far the best non-alcoholic beverage I've ever tasted!"

"This NA wine is, for all practical purposes, indistinguishable from alcoholic wine. It’s really delicious. I just wish it was a little less expensive."

"Shipping to Portugal, even under 150€, was a bureaucratic nightmare because Portugal doesn't have a category for low or no alcohol wines. Duties were the same as "regular" wine. Unfortunately will not reorder until you have a EU shipping hub."
Previously tried: A few Portuguese and several French.

"Your options above are somewhat skewed towards the positive! When comparing to other non-alcoholic wines, I would say this was the same - but you don't give an option for that!"
Previously tried: Zeno, Leitz Eins Zwei Zero, French Bloom, M&S, Thomson & Scott Noughty, McGuigan Zero, Nozeco, Codorniu Rosé, Fre Red
"Found the wine tasted better before food rather than after. A bit heavy on the berry notes for our taste and a bit too sweet. Overall a bit disappointed give the review it received on BBC's Saturday Kitchen but probably a personal taste issue."
Previously tried: Nothing memorable: Nosecco, Kylie Rose
"I didn’t love the aftertaste and personally prefer others I’ve tried."
Previously tried: All the main sparkling NA wines available in the UK
Previously tried: In restaurants - usually rather flat and tasteless or too sweet

BOLLE Sparkling Rosé contains less than 0.5% ABV, which is the legal threshold for non-alcoholic classification in the United States. For context, many ripe fruit juices and fermented foods contain similar trace levels naturally. BOLLE uses no artificial flavour or colour, no added sugar, and is 100% vegan. It is produced through our patent-pending twice-fermented process — the alcohol is removed after the first fermentation, then the wine undergoes a second fermentation to rebuild its structure and complexity.
-
Most non-alcoholic Rosé is thin, sweet, and unconvincing — because removing alcohol also strips the aromatic compounds, body, and finish that make wine taste like wine. BOLLE Sparkling Rosé is different. The twice-fermented process rebuilds what dealcoholisation removes: you get crisp red-fruit aromatics (strawberry, cherry, a hint of raspberry), fine persistent bubbles, and a long dry finish. In blind tastings, 95% of tasters cannot identify it as non-alcoholic. Wine Enthusiast awarded it 93 points — the highest score ever given to a non-alcoholic wine.

Both BOLLE and French Bloom are premium non-alcoholic sparkling rosés positioned above the supermarket tier. The key difference is in the production method. French Bloom uses organic Chardonnay from France with added natural ingredients including lemon, producing a light, fresh style. BOLLE uses a patent-pending second fermentation after dealcoholisation — a process no other producer in the world uses — which rebuilds the aromatic depth and dry finish that conventional dealcoholisation removes. BOLLE Sparkling Rosé has received 93 points from Wine Enthusiast and has been named Best of Show multiple times; it is served in over 50 Michelin-starred restaurants in the US.
