BOLLE, the pioneering non-alcoholic brand challenging perceptions of what non-alcoholic wine can be, has announced the launch of two new still wines: BOLLE Rosé and BOLLE Sauvignon Blanc, further expanding its still wine portfolio and reinforcing its commitment to creating alcohol-free wines led by taste, structure and quality.
Building on the success of its sparkling wines, Chardonnay and Chardonnay Reserve, the latter the first wine worldwide crafted from a de-alcoholised AOP Burgundy, BOLLE now introduces two still wines: a Sauvignon Blanc and a Rosé. Together they mark the next chapter in BOLLE's evolution, offering trade buyers, hospitality partners and retailers a versatile, premium non-alcoholic range designed for modern drinking occasions.
BOLLE Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and built around freshness and balance. Crisp apple, ripe pear and exotic passionfruit on the nose give way to a medium-dry palate with lively acidity and a bright, lingering finish, a versatile white for everyday and occasion drinking alike.
BOLLE Rosé takes its cue from the elegant rosés of Provence. Crafted from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan and Mourvèdre sourced from California, it pours a delicate pale pink and opens with fresh raspberry and cherry, layered with watermelon and pink grapefruit. Crisp, mineral-driven and bone dry, it finishes with a delicate touch of peppery spice.
