This is the second year running that BOLLE Blanc de Blancs has won at the woman&home Christmas Food Awards. Last year, woman&home named it Best non-alcohol in its Christmas Food Awards 2025.
About the wine
BOLLE Blanc de Blancs is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine made from 80% Chardonnay & 20% Silvaner. It is twice-fermented & under 0.5% ABV. Our winemaking page explains both fermentations.
Expect crisp apple, juicy pear & zesty citrus on the nose, with a whisper of toasted notes from the fine bubbles. On the palate it is fresh, with a touch of minerality & a rich finish.
