Questions
What is non-alcoholic wine?
Wine made the usual way, with the alcohol removed, leaving under 0.5% ABV. BOLLE is fermented a second time after the alcohol comes out, which builds back flavor and, in the sparkling wines, makes the bubbles naturally.
How cold should I serve it?
The sparkling wines at 43 to 46°F: three hours in the fridge, or twenty minutes in an ice bucket with water and ice. The Cabernet a little cooler than the room.
