BOLLE Blanc de Blancs is made through our patent-pending twice-fermented winemaking process -- the same technique used in traditional Champagne production. Unlike non-alcoholic sparkling wines made from grape juice or dealcoholized base wine with added flavors, BOLLE starts with real wine and ferments it twice. Made from 75% Chardonnay and 25% Silvaner, the result is a non-alcoholic sparkling white wine with natural bubbles, genuine toasty complexity, and just 2.8g of naturally occurring sugar. No additives, nothing artificial.

"I’ve drunk Bolle drinks during my pregnancy as they are the best non-alcoholic wine and sparkling wines I have tried. Once I’ve had the baby I will continue drinking Bolle as I don’t miss alcohol at all when I have these wines as an option. The Blanc de Blancs is delicious and feels like you are drinking a treat. I have offered it to alcohol drinkers and they couldn’t taste the difference. It’s light, refreshing and perfect for any occasion. I love the citrus notes and and the lovely crisp taste on a hot summers day. I highly recommend! Can’t wait until you bring out a red option!"

"I really love your wine and it would have a wonderful position on our wine list. The only thing that prevents me from buying it again is that you don't have half-bottles. It is expensive and while I don't mind the price, I do mind wasting it as guests don't order it enough to finish the bottle before it loses its bubbles. Guests do order mocktails every so often, but it still hurts our bottom line when we have to throw away what isn't purchased after 2 days of opening. If you had smaller size options, we would buy regularly."

"The occasion was Glyndebourne with wife and a couple who really like their food and wine. Opera picnic began with 'fizz' and whipped feta with grissini, honey and chilli;aubergine and cippollini gildas;anchovy, olive, parsley and cornichon gildas. The wine looked great, smelled great, tasted OK but got marked down on (absence of) mouthfeel for us - "all front of mouth". Specifically comparing the mouthfeel experience with the Lautus brand (white, rose and red). Tried lots of brands, I can't recall them all since switching to lo/ no in 2023. Lautus has - so far - been head and shoulders above the rest in terms of replicating the mouthfeel of alcoholised wine and costs around £12. Definitely open to trying this again, once you've evolved the overall mouthfeel and how it interacts with the flavour, best of luck."

"The mousse foamed up quite a bit in the mouth, which really detracted quite a bit from the drinking experience. Also felt a little imbalanced with a heavy apple cider impression, sort of like an upscale Martinelli’s product."

"Shared a bottle between five of us. None of us liked the smell unfortunately. Bottle itself looked lovely and the taste was okay but the smell was off putting unfortunately. I still have the rose sparkling wine to try."
