BOLLE at Total Wine & More sweepstakes

Official rules. Last updated September 26, 2026.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

This sweepstakes is sponsored and run by Bolle Drinks Corporation. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Total Wine & More, which has no responsibility for the sweepstakes or the prize.

1. Sponsor

Bolle Drinks Corporation, 4324 Lakebreeze Drive, Rocklin, California 95677 ("Sponsor", "we", "us").

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate families and members of their households, and anyone else professionally connected with this sweepstakes, may not enter.

We may ask the winner for proof of age and residence before awarding the prize.

3. How to enter

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00am Eastern Time on September 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm Eastern Time on October 31, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are not counted.

Enter by submitting your email address on the entry form at bolledrinks.com/pages/bolle-at-total-wine.

You do not have to agree to receive marketing emails in order to enter. The form offers a separate button to enter the draw only, and that choice has no bearing on the draw.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same email address are removed before the drawing, and the first entry stands. Entries made by automated means, by an agent, or in bulk are void. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late or not received for reasons outside our control.

4. The prize

One winner will receive one Total Wine & More gift card with a value of $100 (approximate retail value: $100).

The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. The gift card is subject to Total Wine & More's own terms of use, which we do not control. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

5. The drawing and odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within 7 days after the Entry Period ends. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

We will notify the winner by email at the address used to enter, within 7 days of the drawing. The winner must reply within 14 days of that email. If they do not, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

The prize will be sent by email or mail within 28 days of the winner confirming their details. Our decisions are final.

6. Winner's name

For the winner's first name and state, email hello@bolledrinks.com within 60 days of the end of the Entry Period.

7. Your information

We use the email address you enter, and your ZIP code if you give it, to run the sweepstakes, to contact the winner, and, if you asked for it, to send you BOLLE's Food Pairing Guide to the Holidays and emails from BOLLE. You can stop our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We do not sell your information. Our privacy policy explains your rights.

8. General

By entering, you agree to these official rules. We may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe breaks these rules or is made in bad faith. We may cancel, suspend or modify this sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond our reasonable control affects its fairness, and will post any change on this page.

To the extent permitted by law, by entering you release the Sponsor and Total Wine & More from liability for any loss or injury arising from taking part in the sweepstakes or from the prize.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
