BOLLE Becomes First Non-Alcoholic Wine Listed by Berry Bros. & Rudd

BOLLE, the pioneering producer redefining the standards of non-alcoholic winemaking, has become the first non-alcoholic wine producer to be listed by Berry Bros. & Rudd, a landmark moment that recognises the level of quality and craftsmanship within these wines.

As one of the UK’s oldest and most respected wine merchants, with a heritage spanning over 300 years, Berry Bros. & Rudd’s will list both BOLLE Blanc de Blancs and BOLLE Rosé*. This decision to introduce BOLLE reflects a recognition of the brand’s leadership in non-alcoholic wine and its uncompromising approach to quality.

BOLLE stands apart as the world’s only twice-fermented non-alcoholic wine, produced using a patent-pending process that delivers genuine structure, complexity, and mouthfeel without added sugar, flavourings, or aromas. Rather than relying on adjustments after alcohol removal, BOLLE is built through fermentation applying fine winemaking principles more commonly associated with Champagne and premium sparkling wine and is becoming recognised as among the best non-alcoholic wines in the UK.

To mark the launch, Berry Bros. & Rudd will host a series of barrel-top tastings in-store, giving customers the opportunity to explore some of BOLLE’s sparkling wines.
