Premium non-alcoholic wine brand secures key West Coast partner to accelerate US growth

BOLLE Drinks, the pioneering producer redefining the standards of non-alcoholic winemaking, has appointed Alluvial Wines & Spirits as its distribution partner for California, marking a major milestone in the brandβs US expansion.
Based on a shared commitment to authenticity, craftsmanship and integrity, the partnership will see Alluvial represent BOLLE across both on- and off-premise channels throughout the state, building on the brandβs existing presence in hundreds of venues across California, including many of the stateβs leading Michelin-starred restaurants, and expanding its reach within premium hospitality groups and specialist retailers.

BOLLE stands apart as theΒ worldβs only twice-fermented non-alcoholic wine, produced using a patent-pending process that delivers genuine wine structure, complexity, and mouthfeel without added sugar, flavors, or aromas. Rather than relying on de-alcoholization or dilution, BOLLE is built through fermentation, applying fine winemaking principles more commonly associated with Champagne and premium sparkling wine.
The brand was founded byΒ Roberto Vanin, whose background in chemistry and oenology at the University of Padova informed a vision to challenge the conventions of non-alcoholic wine. Inspired by his early memories of growing up in Veneto where bolle, or bubbles, symbolised celebration Vanin set out to create a non-alcoholic wine that could confidently take its place at the table.
